Sports Mindset Coaching will help you perform the way you want

You may not be the problem when you find yourself getting stuck in frustrating thought patterns, but you can be the solution. Sports mindset coaching for teens and young adults can help you re-write your competitive streak so your drive to achieve becomes a part of your goals instead of a barrier to achieving them. We’ll work with you to become clear about who you are and what you want as you take charge of your life, on and off the field or court.

Overcome things like
Negative thoughts
Fear of Failure
Fear of Injury
External Frustrations
Self-doubt
Anxiety
Hesitation
Feeling off-balance

I started investing in my mental toughness after my 2nd failed attempt at making Team USA’s Boxing Team. Failures, disappointments, and pressure took my confidence, joy, and motivation—leaving me lost, fearful, and without the desire to fight. Mental coaching has allowed me to unpack the baggage that got me to this point and continues to equip me with tools to perform like an elite athlete again. I have learned how to speak kindly to myself, talk to my fears, reframe appropriately, and to measure success without changing the metrics once it has been achieved.
