Esther Monaghan
With a background in clinical mental health counseling and a passion for the performing arts, Esther has the expertise to provide tools and support to young performers. She specializes in helping teen dancers and performing artists manage performance anxiety and build confidence on the stage.
Esther holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a degree in Performing Arts, blending clinical skill with firsthand understanding of the demands and pressures of the stage. She is trained in each of Pure Sports Mindset's four pillars: Breathing, Visualization, Mindfulness, and Feedback Loop. Esther believes that a performer’s mental game can be their greatest asset, and when they feel prepared, they’re free to perform at their highest potential.
